If we talk about the process, the first step is to collect the freshly harvested dates. Then these dates are sorted so as to remove any foreign particles and bad dates. The seeds of the dates are manually removed using the cutter and knife. Then the seedless dates are stored in the bins and send them to packaging unit.

In the packaging section, packaging is done by Vacuum Thermoform Packaging Machine. The containers are made from the PET film roll which is mount on the thermoform packaging machine. This machine heat the film roll to the moulding temperature and convert into shape using vacuum and pressure. Using printing machine, logo and other important information are printed on the polystyrene film roll.

Dates are weighed in desire quantity using the weighing machine and fill in the container. Then the printed sheet is vacuum seal with the container. Now your product is ready to sell in the market.
